ABOUT ME
I am Claribel Ortega, Bilingual Clinician, Licensed in both Clinical Substance Use Disorder and as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over the years I have become a Clinical Certified Supervisor; Domestic Violence Specialist; Disaster Response Crisis Certificate and Anger Management.
I have been working in the field of Substance Use Disorder and Domestic Violence since 2010. I work closely with people struggling with substance use disorder, domestic violence, mental health and emotional pain. I understand that people use unhealthy ways of coping because they are suffering from emotional pain, usually caused by psychological trauma. I can help clients identify the cause of their suffering, and together, we can find healthier ways to cope and start feeling better!
I am passionate about helping survivors of Substance Use Disorder find their way out of addiction and achieve their goals to a new way of life. My inspiration for the work is to guide clients into recovery from any type of addiction, trauma, and abuse. My experience and the variety of techniques I have learn over the years have helped me to assist many clients in realizing their strengths and excellence!
I am grateful for the credential that I have obtained since they have given me the opportunity to achieve my dreams.
